To which countries do you ship the physical products?

How can I make a return?

Please read the “Terms and Conditions” page for our return policy. We do not accept returns except in the case of defective products. If you receive a product with a manufacturing problem you can write to us at info@1700classics.es indicating your order number. We will contact you to request the necessary information and, if necessary, proceed with the return.

How can I return a digital product?

As indicated in “Terms and Conditions” in any case we do not accept returns on orders of digital products.

How can I download the digital content?

Once you have purchased the digital content you will receive a download link in your email. Remember that the digital product purchased can only be downloaded five times during the seven days following the purchase. Once the maximum number of downloads or the time limit is exceeded, the link will stop working and you will not be able to download the product again.

Can I contact the artists?

We can send messages to the artists or put you in contact with their managers. We cannot provide direct contact information for any of our artists.

Can I buy 1700 CLASSICS discs in another country?

Please see our “Distributors” page for details of our international distributors. They will be able to provide you with information on how to purchase 1700 CLASSICS CDs in your country.

What taxes are included in the products on this website?

The prices in this catalog include Spanish VAT. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will be deducted. If you are going to buy from any of these territories please contact us at info@1700classics.es.
