  1. Terms & conditions of purchase

The acceptance of the purchase by confirming the order placed, implies that you accept the general conditions, which will govern, in the absence of special conditions, the relationship established between you and Daniel Pinteño Villaescusa (hereinafter 1700 CLASSICS).

Upon payment of our fees for the Digital Content or physical Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content or Product for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to the terms specified on this page. You are entitled to download the Digital Content purchased from our website five (5) times during the 7 days following your purchase. You may copy, store, transfer and record the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial and entertainment use only. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information required to complete the purchase process. 1700 CLASSICS may terminate your rights to use our Digital Products if any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete. You agree that 1700 CLASSICS may store and use the personal information data you provide for the purchase of this digital product use license.

You represent, warrant and agree that you will use our products solely for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for redistribution of the Digital Content or other use restricted in this section. You agree not to infringe the rights of the copyright owners of the Digital Content or Products purchased from this store and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content or Products. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, loan, modify, adapt, edit, transfer or otherwise use the Digital Content. You are not granted any right to synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution of the Digital Content or Products. The prices in this catalog include Spanish VAT. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will be deducted. If you buy from these territories please contact us through our e-mail address.

4. Methods of shipment

The buyer will be informed at all times of the status of his shipment and will be able to track it. If the shipment is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please let us know in order to make the appropriate claim to the carrier. Please note that couriers do not deliver goods on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In any case, failure to comply with the estimated delivery times will not justify the refund of the shipping costs.

Cash on delivery is not an option.

Shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense and are calculated according to weight ranges. In all cases, the 1700 CLASSICS online store automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the weight of the items, the delivery address and the payment method chosen. The total amount of the order is shown for your conformity before completing the shipping form along with the rest of the data necessary for its processing.

If in national shipments the customer wants to change the delivery address once the package is already in the hands of the carrier must pay an additional amount, equivalent to a peninsular shipment within the weight range that corresponds to it.

If for reasons beyond the control of 1700 CLASSICS a shipment is returned to us, the customer will have to pay an additional amount, equivalent to two shipments (return and reshipment) within the corresponding section in order to receive the package.

1700 CLASSICS is not responsible for delays and expenses resulting from customs formalities that may occur in some countries. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for completing the formalities required by the government of his country, as well as to pay the corresponding tariffs and any other expenses arising from customs clearance, if any. 1700 CLASSICS will collaborate with its customer as far as possible, informing him of this circumstance as soon as it becomes aware of it.

5. Information

Under Articles 40 and 47 reformed by Law 47/2002 of the Spanish legislation of 19 December, 1700 CLASSICS, through its online store makes available to its customers, in a truthful, effective and sufficient, all the information necessary to perform satisfactorily for both parties the purchase of the products offered therein. For this it is essential to read carefully both the general conditions contained in the Legal Notice and these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

In addition, at each stage of the purchase process, 1700 CLASSICS will send an informative email referring to the specific phase to which it refers (automatic email of new customer registration, receipt of the order, confirmation of payment and invoice, shipping notice, etc.).

6. Order processing

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on Fridays after 2:00 p.m. and on weekends will be processed from the following Monday.

During the processing of the order, the customer will be informed of the status of his order as well as any incident that may arise.

7. Payment method

Credit or debit card through STRIPE gateway: For the payment of the order, the card number and expiration date will be requested. These data are not stored on our website and must be entered for each purchase.

Bank transfer: when you choose this method you must wait for the confirmation that we will send you by e-mail where you will be informed of the account number where to make the deposit and the exact amount to be paid: factors such as VAT exemptions, application of the D.U.A., discounts, etc. may cause that the real amount does not coincide with the one that appears in the virtual store. Do not forget to indicate in the concept of the bank operation the name of the buyer of the products -if it does not coincide with the person who makes the deposit- and the reference number of the order.

The shipment will not be made until we have proof of having made the transfer or deposit for the full amount. Once the products are reserved, the margin to make the transfer will be of one week; if this time is exceeded without justified cause, the order will be cancelled. Any type of financial expenses (such as bank transfer fees, etc.) shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

TERMS OF USE

1. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The elements of this Web: text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, digital books, color combinations, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents, are protected by the laws on Intellectual and Industrial Property, being prohibited its reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, except for personal and private use.

Likewise, the reproduction, retransmission, copying, transfer or broadcasting, in whole or in part, of the information contained in these pages, for whatever purpose and by whatever means, is prohibited.

2. Responsibilities

a) 1700 CLASSICS will not be responsible, in addition to the responsibilities indicated in these general conditions of use in the portal, directly or indirectly for:

  • The quality of the service, the speed of access, the correct functioning nor the availability or continuity of operation of the portal.
  • The information entered by the USERS.
  • The damages that may be caused in the USERS’ equipment by the use of the portal.
  • The truthfulness, accuracy or updating of the information on services, consultations, or any other relevant data and information about the services or products offered through the website.
  • Failure to comply with the law, morality and generally accepted good customs or public order as a result of the transmission, dissemination, storage, availability, reception, obtaining or access to the contents.
  • The infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, of the rights to honor, personal and family privacy and personal image (photographs), of property rights and of any other nature belonging to a third party as a consequence of the transmission, dissemination, storage, availability, reception, obtaining or access to the contents.
  • The vices and defects of any kind of content transmitted, disseminated, stored or made available.

b) Of the USER:

From the performance of any type of illicit action, harmful to rights, harmful and/or damaging.
